1. Return Policy

Our 15-day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy gives you the time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, we'll provide you with full refund or exchange after retaining Handling Charges. Handling Charges of Rs.1000/- shall be borne by the customer for each product under 15 Day Money Back Policy.

15 Day Money Back is not applicable in the following instances -

1. On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Exchange Policy - You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.

2. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customised.

Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the original packing is tampered with, the return will not be processed.

When a product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy, a quality check is done post which the refund is credited to your Jewelbox account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

How to return the product to Jewelbox within 15 days

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return.

2 The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 15 Day Money Back period.

3. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.

a. If the product value is less than Rs. 49,000, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup.

b. If the product value is Rs. 49,000 or above and a Jewelbox employee is picking the product, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup.

c. If the product value is Rs. 49,000 or above and the return pickup has been arranged via one of our 3rd party shipping partners, you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure your jewellery in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. We will arrange for the pickup once you have received the tamper-proof packet. On the date when the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the packet with the product to the person.

4. Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).

5. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your Jewelbox account in 2-3 working days after a quality check. Any item that shows sign of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Money-Back.

6. In case the product which was earlier purchased through EMI system, then we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.

How to ship the products to be returned

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizings, exchanges or refunds for all products within the 15-day money back policy.

2. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Jewelbox. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.1000 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Jewelbox account. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Jewelbox shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.


a. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

b. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback.

c. Jewelbox products bought from non Jewelbox Offline Stores will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.

d. Buyback is not applicable on Baguettes / Tapered / Choki diamonds.


e. Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.

f. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated. The e-Points used while placing an order will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.

g. Buyback of products are applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up to Rs.499999/- .

h. In case the product which was earlier purchased through EMI system, then we will deduct an amount equivalent to non-paid EMI in addition to the above-mentioned deductions.

3. Order Cancellation

Any order cancelled 24 hours after placing the order will attract Processing Charges of Rs. 1000/- to be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping and Insurance

Free Shipping

Jewelbox provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. Shipping time is 48-72 hrs for "Available in Stock" items and 20 business days for "Make to Order" items.

Transit Insurance

All goods will be fully insured by Jewelbox until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

5. Changes in Policies

Jewelbox reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
