UNDERTAKING / AGREEMENT

1. I hereby confirm that I will mandatorily redeem the account within 60 days from the maturity date.
2. I authorize Riyaana Creations Pvt Ltd (hereafter referred as “Jewelbox”) to transfer the scheme amount to the bank account mentioned above.
3. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, I authorize Jewelbox to transfer the scheme amount to my designated nominee, following the legal process.
4. Any irregular payment under the scheme may affect the bonus at the time of redemption.
5. In the event of a bounced cheque payment, I agree to bear the applicable bounce charges.
6. I accept the policy that redemption will not be applicable on Kids’ products, Gold/Silver bars, Gold chains, or any particular items restricted by the Company in the future.
7. I agree that redemption will be permitted only in the name of the scheme owner.
8. Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Card / Driving License.
9. In case of a minor, documents must be filled and signed by the parent/guardian.
