Before you write anything.
A Signed diamond is a diamond with your words inscribed on the girdle — the rim between the top and bottom of the stone. It is a diamond with an engraving — a word, a message or a date — that is laser etched permanently in the stone.
On the girdle — the narrow rim around the widest part of the stone, between the crown and the pavilion. It is not on a facet, so the light reflection of the diamond remains the same.
A Signed Diamond is for the moments you want to hold on to — and the words you never want to forget. A proposal. An anniversary. A birthday. A push present. A milestone. A personal affirmation. Or simply a reminder of the person, promise or belief that means the most to you.
Every Signed diamond comes with a digital loupe. Place the stone under it and your words appear on the screen. The inscription is cut to be read at around forty times magnification, so to the naked eye it is simply a diamond.
Any jeweller with professional loupes can read it. No one can read it with the naked eye.

Yes. Each stone is inscribed separately. The charges will be on a per-stone basis.
Yes. The diamond can be signed and sold loose, and set later.
Yes. Every Jewelbox diamond ships with its IGI laboratory report, and your words are recorded on the certificate.

We can arrange a demo so you can see a Signed diamond and how it reads. Your own stone, with your own words, can only be seen once it is made.
At present the programme runs only on new purchases. We aren't inscribing diamonds bought earlier or bought elsewhere.
You can cancel within twenty-four hours of placing the order. After that the customisation begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
No. Signed is a special programme, and it involves customisation. Signed diamonds and Signed jewellery are not eligible for return, exchange or buyback.
Yes. Because we don't take Signed pieces back through return, exchange or buyback.
The words are on the stone, not the metal. No alteration will affect the engraving. It will last forever.
