But from customers perspective Jewel box stands out in terms of fair pricing, services and finishing. And this isn’t a paid review, I have ordered four different products from them, and all has been great purchases.

From the moment when I first visited the store to browse a few pieces to the entire journey of ordering a ring online through WhatsApp till finally getting the ring perfectly made as per the specifications. I have interacted with a few different makers of LGDs both in India and abroad and no one has customer service as good as Jewelbox. In an industry as highly standardized as diamonds, being able to understand what the customer wants and being able to engage with them effectively is what sets a company apart and when I interacted with the Jewlbox team particularly Ritika, I got guided step by step through the process, got the right technical inputs that I needed to make decisions and she was always willing to understand when changes were asked to be made. Never did I feel I was a lesser priority despite the entire conversation being through WhatsApp. The fact that Jewelbox was able to customize the product to my desires and that it was made to the specifications added a cherry on top of the already amazing service they provided. Amazing quality of work, tremendous customer friendliness and great ability to customize as per requirements.

We are from North India so weplaced the order over the call and all went smooth, it was my design and my own Diamond type. Delivery was in just 2 days. Highly recommended.
